Emily has a daughter, Josephine "Ricki" Riddick (born June 29, 2005), with her ex-fiance Ricky Hendrick, who died in a plane crash before their daughter was born.
Maynard and Holm ended their relationship in October 2012.
She married Tyler M. Johnson in the summer of 2014. Together, they have five children. They welcome their first son, Jennings Tyler, on July 15, 2015. Their second son, Gibson Kyle, was born on September 16, 2016. On August 29, 2017, they announced that they are expecting their third child in a few weeks. Subsequently, their third son, Gatlin Avery, was born on November 12, 2017. On October 16, 2020, she publicly announced that she is having her fifth child. Their daughter, Magnolia Belle, was born on October 17, 2020. On November 2, 2022, they announced that they had secretly welcomed their sixth child, son Jones West, who was born on August 31, 2022. He was born with Down Syndrome.
