She met Ben Higgins when she appeared on his season of The Bachelor. She accepted his proposal at the end.

The couple settled in Denver. They starred in their own spin-off, Ben and Lauren: Happily Ever After?. They ended their relationship in May 2017.
She began dating country singer Chris Lane in late 2018. They live together in Nashville, Tennessee. They got engaged on June 16, 2019. They were married in Nashville on October 25, 2019. Among the notables on the guest list were four of Lauren's fellow alums from The Bachelor, Amanda Stanton, Jennifer Saviano, and twins Haley Ferguson and Emily Ferguson.
They have two sons together, Dutton Walker, born on June 8, 2021, and Baker Weston, born on October 16, 2022.

What does being married mean to you? It means a lot. My parents have been married for 26 years and I’m so close to my family. Family is everything and marriage means starting my own family.
If you wanted to really impress a man, what would you do and why? Cook a home cooked dinner because who doesn’t love a home cooked meal?
How would you describe yourself as a lover? I love love. I wear my heart on my sleeve. I communicate through verbal and physical cues. When I love someone, there is never a question about how much because I will constantly show you and tell.
